Regulation (EU) 2023/956 of the European Parliament and of the European Council establishing a Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism dated 10 May 2023 (“MACF”) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 16 May 2023 The by-law thus adopted entered into force on the day following its publication, i.e. May 17, 2023.
